In February we will examine your internal boundaries, related to technology, money, food and free time. We will explore what's happening now, and set boundaries to create a better work/free time balance. In March we will look at interpersonal boundaries. Your relationships. ( partner, parents, kids, siblings, friends, co-workers, strangers on social media).

Eight LIVE workshops. I will teach you how to plan your weeks, days, so that things are not hectic and you stop feeling like you are always forgetting something.
